General Terms and Conditions

Members: • Cancellation of meeting room bookings must be made at least 1 hour before the reservation start time • Cancellation that fall outside of these times may not be refundable

Non-Members: • Cancellation of meeting rooms must be made at least 24 hours before the reservation • Cancellation of on-the-day reservations have a window of five minutes from confirming the booking • Cancellations that fall outside of these times will not be refundable • If catering (food orders) have been arrange, this is non-refundable
